“We worked with Collette to purchase our first house. We were moving from our condo in Toronto. which sometimes made things difficult in the process. Collette was very flexible with showings and worked around our schedule when we could be in town. We had purchased a condo before but never a house. Collette was always reminding me of the important items while I was thinking about decorating 🙂 She had pointed out a number of issues with a few houses that we did not catch (roof, old furnaces etc), She was always very honest about what she thought of the condition of the house and the price, We had very short closing on the our condo and our new house but everything went very quick and smooth. I hope we are not moving again soon, but if we do we will use here again! I have also recommended her to a few friends and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.”
