Sutcliffe Homes and Renovations is a family owned business that began in 1986. Doug & Lorraine Hutchison, along with 16 employees and many quality subtrades build custom homes and renovations. Doug and Lorraine have been involved in the local Guelph construction industry for the past 35 years. Every member of the Sutcliffe Team is responsible, courteous, versatile and dedicated to excellence. Sutcliffe is a small, hands-on company but is also large enough and has the experience to handle any job.
