Royal Reach, founded by Christina FitzGibbon & Morgan Dundas, was born in an effort to give back to the local community by creating a platform that encourages and facilitates the next-generation philanthropy. The idea behind the event was create an experience that people in our community would be excited to go to each year all while raising money for charity… this is where Partying with Purpose was coined!
2022 marked our inaugural fundraising event, and the Royal Reach team were ecstatic to be partnering with an integral pillar in our community, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Guelph. In year one the team was able to raise just over $30,000 dollars to directly impact 150 children in youth programming in our city. Each year a new local charity will be selected, therefore giving awareness, new volunteers and financial support to a well deserving cause.
In 2023 the Children’s Foundation of Guelph Wellington and Food4Kids Guelph were the charitable partners and were able to double the amount raised bringing in just over $60,000
In 2024, the Royal Reach community voted, and decided for the funds raised to go to support he Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington’s new Centre for Child and Youth Mental Health and Developmental Services.
