The June numbers are in. Here’s what we’re seeing across Guelph and Centre Wellington.

The real estate market continues to shift, creating different opportunities for buyers and sellers depending on where they’re looking.

In Centre Wellington, the average sale price climbed to $1,100,515, with strong year-over-year growth across detached homes, townhomes, and condos. Homes sold in an average of 33 days and achieved 98.0% of list price.

Meanwhile, Guelph saw an average sale price of $877,981. While average prices were down compared to last year, homes are still moving quickly, selling in an average of 29 days and for 98.1% of list price.

The headline numbers only tell part of the story. Every neighbourhood and property type is performing a little differently, which is why local knowledge matters.
