The real estate market continues to shift, creating different opportunities for buyers and sellers depending on where they’re looking.

In Centre Wellington, the average sale price climbed to $1,100,515, with strong year-over-year growth across detached homes, townhomes, and condos. Homes sold in an average of 33 days and achieved 98.0% of list price.

Meanwhile, Guelph saw an average sale price of $877,981. While average prices were down compared to last year, homes are still moving quickly, selling in an average of 29 days and for 98.1% of list price.
