Welcome to the Septemberย real estate market! With the sleepy Summer market coming to an end, it will be interesting to see where this Fall market takes us. The most recent ย announcementย that interest rates will not increase can be a good sign for an uptick in action in the market. In the City, there will be a lot of new developments coming available in the next few months and I believe some of these prices will be quite conservative given the current state of the market. It may be something to keep an eye on if you are looking to purchase a new construction property in the near future.
