Born and raised in the Royal City, Dave is a proud fourth-generation Guelphite with roots that run deep in the community. With a degree in Economics from the University of Guelph and 17 years of dedicated public service with the City, Dave brings a unique blend of local insight, professional experience, and civic pride to every real estate transaction.

Dave’s extensive background provides him with an intimate understanding of Guelph’s growth, infrastructure, and long-term planning. Dave’s knowledge of Guelph’s neighbourhoods, schools, and hidden gems is second to none. His approach to real estate is grounded in four core values: loyalty, compassion, hard work, and a strong belief in giving back to the community that shaped him.

Beyond real estate, Dave is deeply involved in making Guelph a better place. He actively volunteers and fundraises for numerous local charitable organizations that are close to his heart, and you’ll often find him coaching or competing in local baseball, softball and basketball leagues.
