Lots of great developments coming up and offering pre-registration now. If you are interested in getting into the new build game it never hurts to pre register for products to be the first in line if you so choose to make a purchase when the times comes.

Audrey Meadows Phase 2– Estate lots in Puslinch
Argyle Village– Condos, Towns and Single Detached homes on Collage and the Hanlon
Gordon Square III– Tricar’s third building in the south end of Guelph
Terra Condos- 2 bedroom condos in the East Side of Guelph
